THE BINGE STANDARD (OUR POLICY)

At Binge Store, we don’t do things halfway. Our mission is to provide premium, wearable street fashion at prices that don't break the bank. 

At Binge Store, all pieces are designed and produced in limited quantities. Because of this, we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges under the conditions below.

1️⃣ Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Size issues
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Wrong item received

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

To request an exchange, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear unboxing video
  • Photos of the product

Without an unboxing video, claims cannot be processed.
